Terms of use
These terms apply to use of RocketCRM (rocketcrm.co.za), developed, owned, and hosted by DotClick.
Authorised use
RocketCRM is for authorised staff at client organisations only. You must keep login details confidential, use the system for legitimate business purposes, and follow your organisation’s policies on customer data and POPIA.
Customer-facing links
Some features (such as quote acceptance) may be accessed by customers via secure links without a staff login. Those links are single-purpose and must not be shared beyond the intended recipient.
Connected services
RocketCRM may connect to third-party services (including Google Workspace, accounting, and transactional email providers) as configured by administrators. Use of those integrations must comply with the provider’s terms and your organisation’s policies.
Availability
DotClick aims to keep RocketCRM available for business use but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting limits, or third-party outages may occasionally affect the service.
Intellectual property
RocketCRM software, branding, and site content remain the property of DotClick or its licensors. Client use does not transfer ownership.
Limitation
RocketCRM is provided as a business tool. To the extent permitted by law, DotClick is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the system. Users remain responsible for verifying quotes, pricing, and customer communications before they are sent.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
