RocketCRM (rocketcrm.co.za) is a business operations platform developed, owned, and hosted by DotClick (South Africa). Authorised staff at client organisations use it to manage enquiries, quotes, orders, contacts, and related workflows.

Information in the system
The platform may store personal information entered by authorised users on behalf of their organisation — for example names, contact details, addresses, enquiry and order information, quotes, invoices, and linked communications. Each client organisation decides what data it loads and how that data is used for its own business purposes, subject to applicable law including POPIA.
Why the platform processes data
- To provide hosting, authentication, and core CRM functionality
- To support features the client enables (quotes, invoicing, forms, email sync, and similar)
- To maintain security, backups, and service reliability
- To comply with legal obligations where applicable
Access and visibility
RocketCRM is not a public directory. Access is limited to authorised staff accounts. Certain customer-facing links (such as quote acceptance) show only the information required for that specific transaction.
Google Workspace (email sync)
Where a client connects a mailbox via Google OAuth, email is accessed to read and reply within the CRM. That connection is initiated by authorised administrators and applies only to the mailbox(es) they connect.
Sharing and retention
DotClick uses infrastructure and service providers needed to host and operate the platform (for example hosting, email delivery, and integrations configured by the client). Data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal or contractual requirements.

Cookies and analytics
The public pages of this website (homepage, login, privacy, and terms) use Google Analytics to measure visits. Google may set cookies and process usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. The staff application after login does not load this tag. See Google’s privacy policy for how Google handles this data.
Security
We use access controls, HTTPS, and other reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information held on the platform. Staff access requires login credentials.
